By accessing or using Your Health AI, you agree to these Terms.
Health and Wellness Service
Your Health AI provides artificial-intelligence-powered health, nutrition, fitness, weight-management, and general wellness information.
Your Health AI is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Information provided through Your Health AI is intended for informational, educational, and general wellness purposes and should not replace advice from a physician, registered dietitian, mental-health professional, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Your Health AI uses artificial intelligence.
AI-generated responses and estimates may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for an individual’s circumstances.
Nutrition estimates, calorie estimates, exercise information, image analysis, and other AI-generated information should be treated as estimates rather than guaranteed facts.
Users remain responsible for decisions they make based upon information provided by the service.
Medical Decisions
Do not use Your Health AI as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or emergency care.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise program, medication regimen, or treatment plan when appropriate for your circumstances.
Emergencies
Your Health AI is not an emergency service.
If you believe you or another person is experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 in the United States or the appropriate local emergency number and seek immediate professional assistance.
Do not rely upon Your Health AI to contact emergency services on your behalf.
User Accounts
Certain features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Your Health AI for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to another person’s account
- Attempt to compromise the service’s security
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Abuse or intentionally disrupt the service
- Use the service to facilitate unlawful or harmful conduct
- Attempt to circumvent access or subscription controls
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it
Health Integrations
Your Health AI may integrate with services such as Apple Health or other supported health platforms.
You decide whether to authorize access.
Your Health AI is not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by third-party devices, applications, health platforms, or wearable devices.
Subscriptions and Free Trials
Some Your Health AI features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, free-trial periods, renewal information, and applicable terms are displayed before purchase through the applicable marketplace.
Unless otherwise specified by the marketplace, subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable marketplace’s procedures.
Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account, as applicable.
Deleting Your Health AI or deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active marketplace subscription.
Intellectual Property
Your Health AI’s software, design, branding, graphics, written materials and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Use of Your Health AI does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to the user.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee that Your Health AI will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, technical problems, security requirements, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Health AI and its owners, operators and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, abuse, fraud, security concerns, or other misuse.
Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
