Depending on the features you use and information you choose to provide, Your Health AI may collect or process:

The application’s current database structure supports storage of this type of profile, food, weight, plan and settings information.

Your Health AI may process information including:

- Calories
- Protein
- Carbohydrates
- Fat
- Fiber
- Sodium
- Barcode information
- Whether nutrition information was entered manually or estimated using AI or another supported method
Fitness and Lifestyle Information

- Exercise and activity information
- Exercise frequency
- Fitness level
- Exercise locations
- Available equipment
- Activity level
- Physical limitations

- Favorite restaurants
- Grocery preferences
- Wellness motivations and barriers
Apple Health and Other Health Services
If you choose to connect Your Health AI to Apple Health or another supported health or fitness service, the application may access information for which you have specifically granted permission.
Depending on available integrations and permissions, this may include information such as:
- Weight
- Steps
- Active calories
- Exercise minutes
- Sleep information
- Resting heart rate
- Other supported health or fitness information
You control whether Your Health AI receives permission to access supported health information. You may change or revoke permissions through your device or applicable health-service settings.
Your Health AI will not sell information obtained from Apple Health or use Apple Health information for targeted advertising.
The application’s current implementation includes health-data integration, while its documentation indicates that the health snapshot itself is kept in memory rather than automatically uploaded as a complete health snapshot to the cloud.
Artificial Intelligence
Your Health AI uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized wellness, nutrition, fitness, weight-management, and related educational information.
To provide personalized AI responses, information relevant to a user’s request may be securely transmitted to an AI processing service.
Depending on the request, this information may include:
- Age and sex
- Height and weight
- Goal weight
- Health and wellness goals
- Activity and fitness information
- Physical limitations
- Medical conditions voluntarily provided by the user
- Eating preferences
- Calorie and macronutrient targets
- RMR information
- Recent food logs
- Recent activity information
- Recent AI Coach conversation history
The current application routes these AI requests through an authenticated Supabase backend rather than exposing the protected AI credential directly in the mobile application.
The current AI implementation can supply recent conversation history, food information and activity information to provide personalized and continuous responses.
Photos, Images and Documents
When you voluntarily submit a photograph, screenshot, nutrition label, or other supported image for AI analysis, the image and related request information may be securely transmitted for processing.
The application supports AI-assisted analysis of content including:
- Meal photographs
- Nutrition labels
- Workout screenshots
- Weight information
- Health-related documents
- Other voluntarily submitted images
Do not upload information you do not want processed by the applicable AI service.
The current AI backend is specifically designed to support these categories of image analysis.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Authenticate users
- Personalize Your Health AI
- Provide AI Health Coach responses
- Provide nutrition and meal guidance
- Provide fitness and activity guidance
- Calculate and display wellness goals
- Track weight and progress
- Create personalized daily plans

- Synchronize information you authorize
- Provide notifications and reminders
- Manage subscription access

- Protect the security and integrity of the service

Third-Party Service Providers
Your Health AI uses third-party technology providers to operate portions of the service. Depending on the features used, these may include:
Supabase — authentication, database, cloud infrastructure and backend functionality.
OpenAI — artificial-intelligence processing used to provide AI-powered health and wellness features.
OneSignal — application notifications and notification preferences. The current application contains OneSignal notification integration.
Apple and Google — platform services that may include health integrations, application distribution, subscriptions, purchases, and related functionality.
These providers may process information necessary to perform services on our behalf or provide functionality requested by the user.
Payments, Subscriptions and Free Trials
Your Health AI may offer paid subscriptions and promotional free trials.
Purchases made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable marketplace.
Your Health AI generally does not directly receive your complete payment-card information. We may receive information necessary to determine:
- Subscription status
- Trial eligibility/status
- Purchase entitlement
- Renewal status
- Expiration status
Subscription prices and trial terms presented by the applicable marketplace at the time of purchase control the transaction.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Your Health AI may use notification services such as OneSignal and platform notification services to send reminders, health/wellness-related notifications, account information, or other application communications.
Notification permissions may be controlled through the application or device settings where available.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
The current Supabase database implementation uses Row Level Security policies designed to restrict authenticated users to their own profile, food, weight, plan and settings records.
Nevertheless, no internet transmission, computer system, mobile application, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Selling Personal Information
Your Health AI does not sell users’ personal health information.
We do not sell Apple Health information to advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information may also temporarily remain in backups or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically feasible, subject to applicable requirements.
Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Your Health AI account and associated data.

Children’s Privacy
Your Health AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Additional age requirements may apply depending upon jurisdiction or platform requirements.
If we learn that personal information from a child was collected contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
Your Choices
Depending on the functionality available, users may:
- Review or update profile information
- Control health-data permissions
- Control notification permissions
- Choose what information they provide to the AI Coach
- Stop using the application
- Cancel subscriptions through the applicable marketplace
- Request account and data deletion
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Your Health AI evolves or as legal or operational requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
